Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Delivery Addresses
We deliver to residential and business addresses only.
We do not deliver to:
PO Boxes
APO/FPO addresses
Parcel lockers (except InPost parcel lockers in Poland)
Courier Services
Depending on the destination, orders are shipped using one or more of the following carriers:
GLS, CTT Correios, Austrian Post, PPL, Poste Italiane, PostNL, InPost, DPD, and other local courier partners.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over €70 (applies to all countries)
For orders below €70, shipping costs range between €5.99 and €15.00, depending on the destination country
Free shipping may not apply during special promotional or discount campaigns unless explicitly stated.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the courier’s workload.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET (Central European Time) on a business day may be processed the same day
Orders placed after 14:00 CET will be processed on the next business day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
Delays During Promotions
During high-volume periods or special promotions (such as Black Friday), order processing and delivery may take up to 10 business days. We will always make every effort to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
