Refund policy

The Consignee shall have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen (14) days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which the Consignee, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consignee, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consignee must inform the Consignor by email info@biotrade.bg or via the contact form. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the Consignee to send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Returned goods must be in their original packaging, not opened, used, or damaged, and must have been stored in accordance with the storage conditions indicated on the packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned!

The goods shall be returned to the address stated in the original shipment document, using the return method specified by the Consignor.

Upon valid withdrawal, the Consignor shall reimburse all payments received from the Consignee, including delivery costs, where applicable, excluding the direct cost of returning the goods.

The reimbursement shall be made without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the Consignor is informed of the Consignee’s decision to withdraw from the contract. The Consignor may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the Consignee has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

The reimbursement shall be carried out using the same means of payment as used by the Consignee for the initial transaction, unless the Consignee has expressly agreed otherwise, and provided that no fees are incurred as a result of such reimbursement.
