Triple Active Cream for lightening stubborn dark spots that are resistant to standard hyperpigmentation treatments. Effective against sunspots, pigmentation from acne scars, pregnancy, burns, age spots, and freckles. This next-generation formula targets stubborn pigmentation, evens skin tone, and enhances the overall complexion. Its blend of highly effective ingredients offers both anti-inflammatory and antioxidant protection. The cream represents an innovative approach to treating pigmentation disorders, utilizing the Cellular Senescence Remodeling Complex (CSRC) concept developed by Biotrade. The updated Melabel active formulas combine potent antioxidants with proven depigmentation agents, lightening and rejuvenating the skin at the cellular level.

Active Ingredients
  • 4-butyl resorcinol and Hexyl resorcinol - Reduce the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase, which converts the amino acid tyrosine into melanin. This affects the production of melanin and reduces the appearance of hyperpigmentation.
  • Niacinamide - Anti-inflammatory, restorative and powerful antioxidant action. Reduces dark spots, improves skin structure, brightens and evens out the overall complexion.
  • Azelaic acid acid - Brightens and evens out the complexion, effectively whitening post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma. It has a strong effect of suppressing melanogenesis, gentle exfoliating action and stimulates skin regeneration.
  • 3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid - Vitamin C– A powerful antioxidant that stimulates collagen production, lightens dark spots, brightens the complexion and rejuvenates the skin.
How to use
  • Apply every night to areas with pigment spots for a minimum of 4 weeks.
  • The use of sunscreen with SPF 50+ is mandatory!
  • In case of discomfort, redness and/or itching, discontinue use of the product. If symptoms do not resolve within 3 days, consult a dermatologist!

Active ingredients

4-Butyl Resorcinol and Hexyl Resorcinol

These ingredients inhibit the activity of Tyrosinase, the enzyme responsible for converting the amino acid Tyrosine into Melanin. By doing so, they reduce Melanin production and help minimize the appearance of hyperpigmentation

Niacinamide

Improves skin structure, accelerating the regeneration and synthesis of collagen and ceramides. It strengthens the skin barrier, brightens, and evens out the overall complexion, giving the skin a healthier and more radiant appearance. Niacinamide also soothes irritation and redness, and minimizes pores.

Azelaic Acid

With a therapeutic effect on acne, azelaic acid lightens dark spots and hyperpigmentation, evening out skin tone. It exhibits anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, keratolytic, and whitening actions.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C acts as a potent antioxidant that helps counteract the harmful impact of free radicals on collagen and elastin in the skin. It combats the signs of aging caused by various factors such as time, stress, lifestyle, and pollution. These benefits include visibly reducing loss of firmness, minimizing fine lines and wrinkles, and improving the appearance of dark spots and skin imperfections.

Can I lighten dark circles under my eyes with Melabel Forte cream?

No, the products from the Melabel Brightening series are not suitable for this purpose, as dark circles under the eyes are not hyperpigmentation. We do not recommend applying them to the eye contour area.

Is it mandatory to use sunscreen during Melabel Brightening therapy?

Reliable sun protection is absolutely mandatory during therapy with Melabel Brightening. Lightening products make the skin photosensitive and accordingly increase the risk of new pigmentation and fixation (deepening) of old ones. Therefore, the use of active products from the Melabel Brightening series (night cream, Forte cream, tonic) must be combined with reliable sunscreen (SPF 50+) during the day, which is applied every 2 hours.

Can Melabel Brightening be used to whiten the natural skin tone?

Melabel Brightening products are designed to combat melanin abnormalities, such as hyperpigmentation resulting from sunburn, pregnancy, and also senile (age) spots. Since the products affect melanin production, with prolonged use, a slight lightening of the natural skin tone is possible.

Can I use Melabel Forte cream in the summer?

Intensive lightening care products, such as Melabel Forte cream, are applied only in the evening and, if used in spring and summer, require a high sun protection factor during the day (applied every 2 hours if staying outdoors for a long time).

Is it appropriate to use Melabel Forte cream during pregnancy?

Melabel Forte cream, as well as other active products from the series (Melabel night cream and Melabel tonic), can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding with caution, since during this period the skin is also more sensitive due to hormonal changes in the body. It is extremely important to choose an active Melabel product for night care, which you can apply alone in the evening, and in the morning and during the day, it is mandatory to apply reliable sun protection (SPF 50+).

Is it normal to feel a burning sensation after applying Forte cream?

It is normal to feel a burning or stinging sensation in the treated areas after applying Melabel Forte cream, because the active products (Melabel Forte, Melabel night cream and Melabel tonic) from this series contain cosmetic acids. Keep in mind that the burning sensation should subside in 10-15 minutes. If you notice serious irritation or inflammation, stop using the product and consult a dermatologist.
