We can deliver the purchased items either to your door (residence, office, etc.) or to the collection points of the courier company for pick-up. We do not deliver to POBox.
Parcels are served by Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, GLS, Correo, SPS, Austrian Post, PPL, Poste Italiane, PostNL, InPost for both of the delivery options.

- Orders placed before 2 PM (CEET) on a business day could be processed no earlier than that same business day and could be delivered no earlier than 3 business days, depending on the courier company’s workload and route.
- Orders placed after 2 PM (CEET) on a business day would be processed and shipped no later than the following business day, and delivered within the next two business days, depending on the courier company’s workload and route.
- Orders placed on non-business days would be processed on the very first business day, following the order.
- Disclaimer: In the case of some particular promotional activities, orders could be served and delivered within 10 business days, depending on the courier company’s workload and route. However, we would do our best to arrange that would happen at your earliest convenience.
You can pay your order through one of the methods stated below:
- Online, via Virtual POS Terminal, by entering your bank card details in the required fields of the ordering process
- For orders above 79 EUR the delivery is free of charge. That option does not apply to the special promotional & discount activities – such as Black Friday, etc.
- For orders below 79 EUR the delivery is between €4,99 and €15 depending on the country.
RETURN POLICY & CONDITIONS
Items can be returned for full credit within 14 days of receiving the shipment, as long as they are in their original packaging and were not opened, used, or damaged but have been stored by the Consignee in accordance with the storage requirements as described on the packaging.
Items to be returned to the address that is stated in the original shipment document, and that to be carried out by the method required by the Consignor.
Should the Consignee has exercised their right of withdrawal of the concluded distance contract or an off-premises contract, the Consigner shall reimburse all amounts received by the Consignee, including delivery charges, if any, but excluding the cost of returning the good(s), and that shall be undertaken without undue delay and within 14 (fourteen) days at the latest from the date on which the Consigner has received the returned goods.
The amount will be refunded with no incurring additional costs for the Consignee but deducting any fees charged by the bank:
- Debit or credit card payments would be refunded to the bank account from which the respective payment was carried out;
- Cash on delivery would be refunded to a bank account that is additionally provided by the Consignee.
PayPal payments would be refunded to the PayPal account from which the payment was carried out.
